Delivery times vary by country, and we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A signature from an adult will be required upon delivery.

What is the delivery time for merchandise items?
General Merchandise
Products will be dispatched within 7 business days. Please note that orders may take longer to prepare if you choose to pick them up at our boutique. Based on product availability, we may ship items from your order separately.
Watch Straps
Products will be available for pickup at our Hong Kong boutique or dispatched within 2 weeks.

What is the shipping fee for merchandise items?
We charge a flat shipping fee of USD$30 (HKD$234) for orders under USD$1,000 (HKD$7,800). Please note, taxes and duties are not included in this fee.

What is the size guide for your apparel and watch accessories?
You’ll find our size guides on each product page, so you can easily find the right fit. Be sure to check them out before placing your order!

Will there be a restock?
While we can’t guarantee restocks, we’ll keep you updated. Leave your contact details on the product page, and we’ll let you know when items are back in stock or when new drops are coming.

When will I receive my watch strap?
Our watch straps are made to order, so please allow approximately 2 weeks for us to prepare your order for delivery or pickup.

What is the material and composition of the apparel?
All of the clothing items listed are made of 100% cotton. Our short sleeve tees are 300GSM, while our hoodies are 420GSM.
